York-Rio Resources Inc.
York-Rio is the parent company, incorporated on May 10th, 2004 by President Victor York. It was created to oversee all mining projects that are undertaken.

Nova Mineração Limitada
As a “foreign entity”, York-Rio was required to form Nova Mineração Ltda. as a financing vehicle to directly own its mining operations in Brazil. York-Rio purchased 90% of Nova Mineração Ltda. in July 2004. Nova Mineração is the holder of the exploration license and mining rights to the 1,795 acre dry land alluvial diamond claim land located along the Rio Paranaiba.
